Here we go to a gym in South Jersey for last night’s Group 3 title game between Winslow and Delsea. Packed gym. Winslow 15-10 entered the game an an underdog to the top-seeded Delsea team with a 24-5 record.
All you can hope, if you’re the Winslow coach, is that your team gives 110% effort. If that means making a crazy buzzer beater at the end of the third quarter, then you give the effort. It’s not over until the buzzer sounds. There’s no “i” in team. You get the idea.

You know how I know it was Winslow’s night? They made that shot. Winslow eventually closed this one down with a 76-65 final score.
