I took a day off
Not kidding, I didn’t look at Twitter or anything related to BC on Sunday. Nothing. Zero. And it felt so damn good. The sun was out. It was warm (43-44). The snow was melting. I heard birds chirping. I had an extra hour of daylight. I fell asleep on the couch around 10. That was one of the best days off I’ve had in the last year or so…and there have been very few days like that.
What did I miss on my day off?
I see there were MLS games that fake soccer nerds lusted after. Soccer nerds don’t actually think the MLS is worth a damn. It’s all an act. I also hear there were a few worthless college basketball games to determine conference tournament seeding. Let’s all face reality — unless you’re a Kentucky fan, your team is playing for runner-up.
