The Cardale Jones victory tour rolled on this weekend at a Columbus bar where he let a brunette back into the national championship while J.T. Barrett tried to stay awake while a jersey chaser got cozy. That’s just life these days as a national champion. For those of you who thought there would be some beef between Barrett and 12 Gauge over the QB duties, you’re wrong. These guys are actively out chasing tail on a Friday night. Team first.
This is a very bad sign for the SEC, USC and every other team out there hoping a QB rift would tear apart the Buckeyes. This has to be one of the best days in Ohio State football history — the team has a natty, three QBs, studs coming back and a couple Heisman contenders who seem to be enjoying life.
As for that whole baby daddy thing for 12 Gauge, the guy seems to be lucking out on the infant parental responsibilities. All the guys I know who have 3 1/2 month old babies complain that they can’t get out of the house on weekends. They’re up at all hours changing diapers. Feedings. Sleeping when they get time. Not Cardale. This guy has all sorts of time to go clubbing. It’s never been a better time to be an undergrad QB at Ohio State.
As for Cardale baby mama, she has moved on.
