Do you think those NFL rookie symposiums feature a visual aid on items you probably shouldn’t carry around? If not, then they definitely should. Perhaps maybe even using the photo of the bags of marijuana, stacks of cash, and firearm (with case!) Green Bay Packers DT Letroy Guion had in his car Tuesday night.
According to the Journal-Sentinel, Guion was arrested in Florida with all of those items in his possession. The arresting officer apparently “smelled a strong odor of marijuana” after stopping Guion—you know, because there were literally BAGS of it.
More from the report:
The officer reported that Guion “rushed” to the driver’s side of the vehicle in an attempt to take the black bag pack on the front passenger side. To which, Guion was handcuffed for the officer’s safety.
Inside the bag, police found bags of 190 and 167 grams of marijuana for the total of 357 grams, and Guion was placed under arrest, considering this surpassed 20 grams.
In the process of this, the officer also found the $190,028.81 in the middle pocket of the bag.
Yo, that’s a ton of weed to have. I don’t even think stoners in weed-legal states have that much on them. On the plus side, he’ll be able to pay off whoever pays that $100,000 bail easily.
