Erin Andrews Twitter Wars — Pageviews Digs Into Her Subtweets

It’s no secret that Erin Andrews searches Twitter for her name. We’ve documented many cases where it happens, but it’s rare for her to go back 5-6 days to go to war with a Twitter user. She’s pretty good about searching and fighting day-of cases. We were tipped off by Erin’s latest war by Carly who wrote:

Erin Andrews latest Twitter war is the funniest thing I have ever seen. It is in response to a tweet that was sent to her almost a week ago, did not tag her and makes absolutely no sense. She has time to go back through her mentions almost a week to try to pick a fight with someone when she should be preparing for her NFL game.

Actually, Erin was off on December 20. She would’ve been in or on her way to Chicago for the Lions-Bears on the 21st. I don’t see anything wrong with getting into a Twitter spat at 11 a.m. on a Saturday morning. However, to go that far back into the Twitter archives looking for haters…is ridiculous.

As forĀ @Lo_Berger, she’s not some hater who doesn’t watch football. Her timeline is littered with football commentary. The game she’s referencing in the December 14th tweet was between the 49ers and Seahawks.

The lesson here is that if you want to subtweet Erin Andrews, she’ll find your ass and make you pay.
