Danielle Todd went to her first Panthers game on Sunday with her boyfriend Joey Rabon. It was a lovely December day in Charlotte. Ms. Todd had no idea what Joey had been planning at Bank of America Stadium. Danielle, if the plan went correctly, would be leaving with a diamond engagement ring and Derek Anderson would engineer a victory.
Both happened.
Before we go any further, there is a running debate on BC Twitter with ladies who think stadium engagements are tacky and not the least bit special. Some ladies think it’s just gross. Some can’t think of a place less romantic. So that’s where I started my questions with Ms. Todd.
Doesn’t sound tacky or gross to me. Sounds like a lovely couple who now have a great story for the rest of their lives. Joey did some serious leg work to make this all happen. Ladies love that stuff. Most of them want a guy who can execute a game plan. They find that sexy. I know there are hundreds of you fools out there who read BC and can’t find a woman. You need to get on Joey’s level. Get your act together. Execute a couple game plans.
You might be a 6 and she might be a 9, but she’ll bump you up to an 8 because of the level of execution. These women want to know you can execute something simple like a laundry game plan. You throw the clothes in the wash at 8 a.m., you come back at 9 to make the transfer to the dryer. You’re folding by 10:15. I’m telling you, start executing at this level and 9s won’t leave you alone. Then, wait until the 9 you’re dating starts telling her friends about your level of execution.
Anyway, Joey executed on Sunday and Danielle said yes. That’s a pretty solid day.
