Merril Hoge still has a beef with Johnny
Here’s what the former STEELER had to say this morning: “1st round hype with 6th round talent.” … “Whoever graded him that high should be fired.” Merril obviously wouldn’t be a very good businessman in the NFL. So the Browns stick him out there for three games & see if he can hold up. If he does, great. If he doesn’t, you start searching for another QB. Think about what the Browns paid Manziel in the first round and then how much they’ve made off his likeness. I’d say the Browns are doing just fine. Haslam needed to give his new purchase a shot in the arm. So he did it. Nothing wrong with that.
