The Le’Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount criminal complaint report is out and it’s as humorous as you’d think a DUI weed stop would be. The Ross Twp. (PA) motorcycle cop could literally smell the pot coming from Bell’s car so he pulled over the Camaro. First lesson: Make sure a motorcycle cop isn’t behind you when you’re burning a blunt 24 hours before a preseason game.
