Cuonzo Martin Is Selling His Knoxville House W/Theater – $874,900

Cuonzo Martin, the new Cal Bears basketball coach, has no use for his old house in Knoxville where he just spent the past three seasons as the University of Tennessee head coach, according to our friend Neal Leitereg of the L.A. Times. Cuonzo wants $874,900 for the 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 5,000 sq. ft. pad that also features a theater with an undersized screen, but you can update the room with the right screen.

There are now two former UT basketball coaches trying to sell houses. Bruce Pearl’s luxurious pad is still on the market for $1,925,000.

As for Martin’s shack, it sounds pretty classy:

Luxury finishes throughout the entire home with excellent curb appeal in a lovely, gated neighborhood. A large open kitchen with a spacious pantry and a family entrance with custom locker space. Master on main, an amazing master bath and a media room that will blow you away! Hardwoods in the bedrooms, iron spindles, new and stylish everything. The newly added outdoor spaces are beautiful and inviting. This one is over the top fabulous.

The media room didn’t blow me away, but that’s because I’ve seen hundreds of Athlete Real Estate media rooms.
