Minnesota media outlets & MMA message boards are going nuts over the news that Brock Lesnar has listed his wooded, boring house for $799,000. The most interesting aspect of this estate is that it has a giant barn where you could put several dozen vehicles. Oh, and you have 43 acres of land to shoot things with your arsenal. Seems like the perfect place for a guy who wants to get away from the white collar world.
According to his realtor:
Private home secluded on 43 acres of prime land: tillable acres, woods, pond and yard. Open floor plan, large windows, hardwood floors, large updated kitchen w/oak cabinets. Four bedrooms and two home offices, newer heated pole barn and storage barn.
County property records tell us that Brock bought the place in 2003 for $783,500. The guy isn’t literally looking to kill you on this sale. It seems like he’d just like to break even.
