I have bad news from today’s Mets-Marlins game.
The ball boy didn’t hold onto the ball on this foul ball liner so this wasn’t as great of a catch as the Mets broadcasters want you to believe. The Insty video cuts off, but the slow-motion replay shows that ball boy drops the ball as he crashes into the chair. Still, it’s a decent play and deserves your attention.
