Ryan Getzlaf Takes Puck To The Face, Doesn't Look that Bad

 
Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf sent this photo to Canadian hockey site Bar Down showing the damage after taking a puck to the face in Wednesday’s Game 1 against the Stars.
Getz didn’t elaborate on how many stitches it took to close the damage. 20? I’ve seen worse.
The Ducks reported that this was a “deep facial laceration,” and that x-rays were negative. In other words, his ass will be back on the ice and going to work.
