The Philadelphia 76ers – the team which lost an NBA record-tying 26 games in a row this season – held “76 Minutes of Mayhem” in Philadelphia on Thursday afternoon to hype “Fan Appreciation Night” this Saturday vs. the Brooklyn Nets.

No, it wasn’t just an open practice for the team. Instead, there were Sixers Dream Team members, their Flight Squad and giant, frightening mascot figures of Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross, who did the “Nae Nae” dance (above).

Nightmare fuel.

By most social media accounts, this was a totally horrifying experience for the fans who happened to stop by the event.
