Barry Zito’s off-season property cleanse continues. Now that the former Cy Young winner doesn’t have spring training to worry about (yet), he’s clearing out his real estate holdings.
Just a few days ago, we told you about Zito renting his Marin County home in Northern California. Yesterday, news broke that Zito put his West Hollywood home on the market for $4.375 million.
Zito obviously appreciates a nice view. While his Marin County home offered breathtaking views of the lush countryside, his West Hollywood digs spy out on the Los Angeles skyline. Sunsets are 100 percent guaranteed to be a panty dropper (the smog makes for cool colors).
For the hefty price tag, you also get an open floor plan, lots of floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace. Hell, Zito might even stop by occasionally if you ask nicely. He is rumored to live nearby, and it’s not like he’s going to be busy this season.
Highlights of Barry Zito’s West Hollywood Home:
• Each bedroom has its own bathroom
• On-street parking
• 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 half-baths
• 1.3 miles to The Body Shop gentlemen’s club
• 1.9 miles from Whole Foods
