When I say “jerks it” in the headline, of course I mean just a quick tug down there. If you think this is just a shirt tuck during the Oklahoma-VCU game, you have to admit that’s one of the long shirt tucks. Sure looks like he’s down there working over the junk.
And it looks like an OCD shirt tuck to me. Look at all the motion going on with that action. All over the place. There’s something very odd going on here besides an innocent tuck job.
