Even at 65 years old, former Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann could probably beat your ass. The man shows no signs of senior citizen status, sporting a full head of hair and rock-hard bod most dudes would love to have.
Theismann went out to The Heavyweight Factory Thursday to work on his temple when he came across an excited fan, former heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs:
