Canadian baseball bro Brett Lawrie has been busy this offseason, his first not as a member of the Toronto Blue Jays. He has a new team (the A’s), he’s suddenly a Cavs fan and he got a selfie stick for Christmas (not kidding) that he uses in the wild. Oh, and he has a new offseason girlfriend — Dana Long, a Canadian with a commerce degree and abs.
Lawrie has been on the BC radar before because he’s not shy about taking bro’d out photos in random spots where bros take photos. Want a photo of Lawrie bro’d out at the airport rocking creamy white Beats and showing off the tat sleeves? Lawrie has you covered.
Then there was last night’s Cavs-Suns game in Phoenix. That’s where Lawrie winters so he threw on a crispy white tee, figured out a way to slide on a brand new LeBron 23, pulled a massive gold necklace over his head and told Long it was time for a date night. Completely bro’d out for LeBron and then the Cavs gave a Cavs performance, losing 107-100.
But all of the trouble means that Long (@DanaLong1) now gets some exposure as Lawrie’s newest girlfriend. She’s the requisite Canadian girlfriend: Has a passport, works out, is hot in a bikini and doesn’t mind a romantic salt water vacation here and there. Think of how lucky Long is here. She gets to escape a Canadian winter, live in Phoenix and sit in the second row for Suns games. These two just shot right up our list of new couples to track. Now just keep broing out and everything will be good.
