Former NFL star Marshawn Lynch is being accused of getting into a brief confrontation with a Seahawks fan outside of a bar in Seattle in the early hours of the morning on New Year’s Eve.
Seahawks fan Jose Lozano spoke to TMZ Sports and said the incident took place outside of a bar named Xtadium around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, December 31 when he approached the former running back for a photo.
That’s when Lynch’s crew told Lozano “no pictures,” but he was persistent.
Later in the night, Lozano approached Lynch again outside of the bar and attempted to get a photo one last time.
That’s when Lynch reached for Lozano’s phone and smashed it, while saying “Y’all mother f***ers are weird.” Lozano said that he doesn’t want to go to the police because he is such a big fan, but he didn’t appreciate Lynch being so “rude.”

Could Lynch have been more polite and not smashed Lozano’s phone? Sure, but when someone tells you that there are “no photos” you respect that and go about your night.
Don’t keep poking, because you may end up making them go into “Beast Mode.”
