Happy Thursday, ladies and gentlemen. We are closing in on the weekend and the return of the MLB regular season. It’s surprising how much better the ceremony was without a singular host. Outside of the Dolby Theater, soccer fans were left distraught when the USMNT struggled through regulation and extra time before falling to Panama in penalties to miss out on the Gold Cup Final. To add insult to injury, Mexico delivered a 3-0 trouncing of Jamaica to cap off the night and punched its ticket to the final. Today, we have the Wimbledon women’s semifinals and some NBA Summer League, while the Scottish Open will continue through the first half of the day.
