The NBA postseason gets underway on Tuesday, April 11, with the start of the Play-In Tournament. On today’s schedule are the first two games which will determine the first two teams to advance as the No. 7 seed in the playoffs. The losers will get one more shot to extend their seasons later in the week against the winner of Wednesday night’s games.
In the opening game of the Play-In Tournament, the Atlanta Hawks head to the Kaseya Center for a showdown with the Miami Heat. The winner will face the No. 2 seed Boston Celtics in the next round of the NBA Playoffs.
In the nightcap, the Minnesota Timberwolves look to get past their sideline meltdown in the regular season finally when they head out west to take on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. The winner will advance to take on the No. 2 seed Memphis Grizzlies.
Both of tonight’s games will air be broadcast live on TNT.
