Woman Who Allegedly Decapitated Boyfriend Attacks Her Lawyer In Court (VIDEO)

A lawyer who ended up with the client from hell has withdrawn from the case.

Quinn Jolly was representing 25-year-old Taylor Schabusiness, a woman who allegedly brutally murdered and dismembered her boyfriend’s body during a meth-fueled love session when he was assaulted by his client.

A judge suggested delaying Schabussiness’s trial by two months which sparked the attack.

Schabusiness allegedly decapitated her boyfriend, and stuffed his head and penis in a bucket, while filling a crock pot with other body parts. She pleaded not guilty to the crime due to mental disease or defect, and said she went “crazy” after smoking meth.

“I am satisfied based upon the assertions, and obviously, I was here in court for the last hearing, I saw the events that transpired,” Brown County Judge Thomas Walsh said of Jolly’s request to withdraw from the case, via WBAY. “I am satisfied the request from Mr. Jolly to withdraw after those circumstances — makes a great deal of sense to me.

“My understanding is that by that time, the new attorney the public defender is appointing will have a chance to meet with Schabusiness and be ready to give the court some direction as to when they will be ready to move forward.”

Schabusiness is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and third-degree sexual assault. She is being held on $2 million cash bond.
