An Oklahoma man led police on a wild, high-speed chase. And he did it all while handcuffed.
Lucas Slater was being put under arrest and placed in handcuffs when he separated from police and managed to steal a neighbor’s ATV. Slater then led police on a high-speed chase that reached speeds up to 70 mph, according to WFLA.
Unfortunately for Slater, his speedy getaway came to an abrupt end when he veered into a mud pit and completely wiped out.
The ATV flipped over, Slater was face down in the mud, and he was once again placed under arrest.
This all went down because Slater was suspected of stealing copper wire.
