The Tennessee Vols football program abruptly fired head coach Jeremy Pruitt on Monday in the midst of an investigation that revealed mass violations throughout the program.
Immediately following the news, the oddsmakers got right to work and set the odds for the next Vols head coach.
As is always the case with a Tennessee opening, Jon Gruden and Peyton Manning landed on the list. However, they are viewed as the biggest longshots at +5000 and +3300, respectively.
The favorite, meanwhile, is Coastal Carolina head coach and offensive coordinator Jamey Chadwell. Chadwell led Coastal Carolina to an impressive 11-1 record this season.
