The black NFL shield logo hat worn by Rob Lowe during the NFC Championshiop game is “almost gone,” according to NFLShop.com and a Rovellian analysis shows the only remaining size available for the flex hat is small/medium. It’s unclear if there was a big sales run on the black NFL hat after Rob popped up on Fox for a promo spot for his new show or if the NFL just hasn’t restocked. We’ll go with Rob being a huge influencer leading to guys snapping up the hat.
Since my massive melon won’t fit in a S/M flex hat, I went with the blue version to mix it up a little bit. I know that the head referee wears the white version, but the white gets too dirty and for $31 I’d like for the hat to last until Halloween. The regular fitted black NFL shield hat is available in size 7 only and is a whopping $39 before shipping.
