LaVar’s Ball plan to get all of his sons on the Lakers is currently in the works, but his grand master plan of eventually becoming the Lakers head coach is moving much more quickly.
Last week, LaVar finagled his way into letting BC Vytautas give him a spot on the bench in a suit as an “assistant coach”. With Daddy Ball drawing up plays on the sidelines, the two Ball Brothers combined for 80 points and exactly zero defense in that game. But for Lithuanian standards, LaVar apparently became Red Auerbach because today they gave him a promotion.
That’s right, LaVar went to Lithuania with his two sons and within a month he’s already head coaching a team. What a world.

Tip-off is at 2pm EST on a Facebook stream and I’m thinking this is must-see TV. Come on, we all know you aren’t going to watch the Pro Bowl. I need to see LaVar make crunch time adjustments and draw up dagger plays. Remember, this is his first Laker audition.
It sounds like he’s already been the coach all along.
