Legendary Clippers Announcer Ralph Lawler Selling Oregon Home — $1.685 Million

Huge news out of Clipperland: legendary play-by-play man Ralph Lawler, who has been the voice of the Clippers for 38 seasons, is selling his beautiful home in Bend, Ore.
According to the property history, Ralph’s pad was originally listed for $1.7 million in April, but was slightly reduced to $1.685 million in late June. He took to Twitter today to try to spur on some action:

Details from Ralph’s realtors:

Beautiful mountain style home overlooking the Broken Top golf course and lake. Impressive great room with a rock faced, wood burning fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows invite the outdoors in. Spacious dining area opens to a lovely deck with beautiful views. Chef’s kitchen with solid counters, breakfast bar and island, walk in pantry and dining nook. Main level master retreat. 3 guest suites and bonus room, exercise room down, 3 car garage.

Looking at the pics, we’re not sure what’s keeping buyers at bay. That golf course and lake view could turn around anyone’s day — in Ralph’s case, provide solace after a typical season of wildly dramatic Clippers basketball.
