There are more than enough reasons to not propose to your partner at a baseball game, but a Yankees fan added another one tonight.
During the fifth inning of tonight’s Red Sox-Yankees game, a fan rocking a Mariano Rivera jersey decided he was going to pop the question to his girl, but things took a disastrous turn when he couldn’t find the damn ring.
A guy tried to propose on the Yankee Stadium scoreboard. He opened the box. There was no ring. They cut away. The crowd laughed.
