The Detroit Tigers are having a serious case of the Mondays.
In his first home start of the season, Justin Verlander went out there and treated the fans to 4-plus innings of work that featured 10 hits and seven runs surrendered to the Pirates.
And to make matters worse, James McCann later went down with a nasty looking ankle injury after hitting the side of the first base bag:
