The 2023 US Open, which is the final Grand Slam tournament of the year, continues on Friday, September 8, with the biggest matches of the tournament to date at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York as we approach this weekend’s championship match.

Today, the men’s semifinals will take place on the court at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The top three seeds in the men’s field — No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz, No. 2 Novak Djokovic, and No. 3 Daniil Medvedev — all remain, along with Ben Shelton, who is the lone American and only unseeded player to reach the semifinals in the men’s or women’s bracket.

Shelton has had an incredible run to the final four, with wins over fellow Americans Francis Tiafoe and Tommy Paul, the No. 10 and No. 14 seeds, respectively.

Now, the 20-year-old Atlanta native will face the toughest test of his career when he faces Djokovic on Friday afternoon.

When will your favorite player be taking the court?
