The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned this weekend with UFC Vegas 69, also known as UFC Fight Night 219, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the main event, former women’s strawweight champion Jessica Andrade took on rising prospect Erin Blanchfield in a flyweight bout.
When it was all said and done, Blanchfield (11-1) extended her winning streak to 8. Other recent wins are over fellow prospects Miranda Maverick, JJ Aldrich, and, most recently, Molly McCann.
Blanchfield earned the win by second-round submission.
