The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned last weekend with UFC 267 on Fight Island in Abu Dhabi.
In the main event, Glover Teixeira became the new light heavyweight champion after an incredible, dominant win over Jan Blachowicz.
Following the event, Zuffa announced the full list of medical suspensions for the event. Teixeira was among the six fighters who could miss up to six months while they recover from their injuries.
Teixeira must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor for a “right shoulder” injury.

- Teixeira is suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by an orthopedic doctor for a “right shoulder” injury. Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
- Blachowicz was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
Petr Yan def. Cory Sandhagen by unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 49-46 – interim bantamweight title fight)
- Yan was suspended for 30 days after a “hard bout.”
- Sandhangen was suspended for 30 days after a “hard bout.”
Islam Makhachev def. Dan Hooker by submission, round 1
- Makhachev was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
- Hooker was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
Alexander Volkov def. Marcin Tybura by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)
- Volkov was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
- Tybura was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”
Khamzat Chimaev def. Li Jingliang by submission, round 1
- Chimaev was suspended seven days for “mandatory rest.”

- Tukhugov was suspended 30 days for “right brow laceration.” No contact for 21 days.

- Duraev was suspended 180 days or must be cleared by an oral and maxillofacial doctor for a “facial laceration.” Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.

Elizeu Zaleski def. Benoit Saint-Denis by unanimous decision (29-26, 29-26, 29-26)
- Zaleski was suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by negative right foot and right hand x-rays. Minimum suspension of 30 days, no contact for 21 days.
- Saint-Denis was suspended for 180 days or must be cleared by ENT doctor. Minimum suspension of 60 days, no contact for 45 days.
