UFC Vegas 38 Medical Suspensions: Santos, Walker, 4 Others Face 6-Months Off

UFC Vegas 38 took place over the weekend at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In the main event, Thiago Santos earned a close unanimous decision victory over Johnny Walker.

Following Saturday’s event, the Nevada State Athletic Commission released the medical suspensions from UFC Vegas 38. A total of six fighters face potential six-month layoffs, including Santos and Walker.

Santos must have his left ring finger, left foot, left knee, and left ribs cleared by an orthopedic doctor, while Walker must have his left foot x-rayed, If they are not cleared, both fighters would be on the sidelines until April 1, 2022.
