UFC Vegas 37, also known as UFC Fight Night: Smith vs. Spann, UFC Fight Night 192, and UFC on ESPN+ 50, took place over the weekend at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Following the event, the Nevada State Athletic Commission handed out the medical suspensions with main event winner Anthony Smith and five other fighters facing potential six-month layoffs.

Smith must have his right knee cleared, while Devin Clark needs to have an alveolar ridge fracture and left ankle cleared after the beating he took in the co-main event against Ion Cutelaba which left his teeth and jaw displaced.
