Conor McGregor suffered a gruesome leg injury in the main event of UFC 264, dropping his second straight fight to Dustin Poirier.
McGregor’s leg snapped just above the ankle, and he immediately fell to the ground in obvious pain. After the first round was over, doctors called an end to the fight, and Poirier was awarded the TKO win.
Prior to the fight, McGregor predicted Poirier would be leaving the arena on a stretcher but the night ended with an ironic turn.

Despite the injury, McGregor continued to talk trash to Poirier until the Louisiana native left the cage.
