The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to action this weekend with UFC Vegas 23, also known as UFC on ABC 2, at the UFC Vegas.
It marked one of the final events at the UFC Apex before the promotion begins to travel to venues that will allow live fans in attendance.
In the main event, Marvin Vettori was able to outwrestle late-replacement Kevin Holland. It was Holland’s second fight in a month where he was overwhelmed on the mat en route to a unanimous decision loss.
The $50,000 Performance of the Night bonuses went to Mackenzie Dern and Mateusz Gamrot for their impressive finishes, while Julian Marquez vs. Sam Alvey each earned $50,000 for Fight of the Night.
