Mixed martial arts veteran Tyler East was shot and killed during a domestic dispute at a home in New Mexico, according to the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office.
The 30-year-old East was found dead at the home when New Mexico State Police responded to the scene. A woman was also suffering from gunshot wounds, according to FOX News.
East had reportedly shot his girlfriend and dragged her out of the home during the dispute before he was shot outside by another man who was at the residence.
He was dead at the scene, while the woman was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
East, who held a professional mixed martial arts record of 15-6, was the brother of former UFC fighter Cody East.
