Do UCF and Alabama play each other at some point in the near future? If not, we need to make this happen and happen quickly. We need these two programs to go ahead and settle their differences like men, in a good old-fashioned game of pigskin.
For now, we will deal with this social media rivalry that has been brewing up since UCF smashed Auburn in the Peach Bowl. You all know the story by now. UCF went 13-0, they claimed the National Championship, they got rings, they got a banner, meanwhile Alabama actually went tot he National Championship beat Georgia and got the real rings.

After the UCF banner/ring unveiling, Bama players came back hard with shots towards the Knights when they got their rings. Now we have this Tuscaloosa bar Gallettes hopping into the mix with a giant display featuring a participation trophy for UCF made out of cardboard.

I’m all for this back and forth social media rivalry to keep things interesting while we wait for football season. Let’s keep it going, even as ridiculous as it is. Let’s see what UCF has to come back with. But really I just want college football back.
