Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas, fresh off his second consecutive 1,000-yard receiving campaign, decided to spend part of his Hump Day dragging NFL Draft guru Mike Mayock on Twitter.
Why take aim at Mayock and not other “experts” like Mel Kiper or Todd McShay? Well, Mayock was higher on other receivers (Laquon Treadwell, Sterling Shepard, Josh Doctson, Corey Coleman, and Will Fuller) in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Thomas proceeded to diss both the receivers ranked ahead of him, as well as Mayock, who he called a “complete square:”
Mike Mayock is a complete square, I am who I always said I am. And they was ALL lapped after year 1 no hesitation. None are Wr1's tables turned fast don't even put my name in the same category no more please and thank you #shhh https://t.co/FOkHbujxWr

In case you’re wondering, Mel Kiper listed Thomas as his No. 3 top underclassman receiver in the draft behind Fuller and Treadwell. As for McShay, he also had the quartet of Treadwell, Fuller, Coleman, and Doctson ranked higher so we definitely think he should go after these two next.
