People in Vegas are getting super high this weekend

I didn’t know this until today, but recreational weed was actually illegal in Nevada up until this weekend. I don’t know how that’s possible because I was pretty sure basically everything was legal in Vegas. Prostitution is legal, how the hell was weed not legal? Who knows, but now everyone can get as high as they want: Nevadans voted 54-46 in November to legalize adult-use marijuana. On Saturday, less than eight months after the ballot measure passed, more than 40 stores across Southern Nevada were authorized by the state to begin selling marijuana to adults 21 and older without the need of medical cannabis card. Not that people weren’t already going to do it anyway…
