All questions about Johnny Manziel making it to the Heisman Trophy presentation after a wild week where he celebrated his birthday in Miami and Los Angeles were put to rest when John Football showed up and stood next to his new sponsor — Tim Tebow — during the ceremony. Less than a week ago Manziel was pounding Fireball at 8 a.m. at some Miami Airbnb.
Now we get this.
I went to bed fairly late and woke up fairly early to BC intern Orlando Brandon telling me that Johnny and Lamar met after the presentation to celebrate in a hotel room. One thing leads to another and Johnny’s uploading a video of himself kinda dropping Lamar’s Heisman on a hotel bed.
Lamar is 19. He knows a legend when he sees one.
