Las Vegas news…say goodbye to the Monte Carlo
The end is near for the cheap MGM property sitting in front of the new massive arena that opens this week on the Strip. The Monte Carlo will soon be renamed and rebranded, according to the Las Vegas Sun. The Monte was irrelevant 15 years ago, so it’s time to glitz up this place. You know, make it a place where millennials & old people don’t gamble. I have an idea….we need more DJ booths and clubs for 21 year olds in town to watch Lakers preseason games. It’s also just a matter of time before Vegas welcomes its new NHL franchise to this new 20,000 seat arena. Another day, another out with the old for Vegas. Want old Vegas? Go hang at the Golden Nugget.
