51-Year-Old Barry Bonds Owns the Marlins in a Home Run Derby

When Barry Bonds reported to Jupiter for his first day as hitting coach of the Miami Marlins, all anyone could talk about was his thinner frame. Really, he didn’t look like the enhanced home-run hitting monster we remember from his heyday:



But despite slimming down quite a bit, Barry’s pop apparently hasn’t faded at all. Sirius XM’s Craig Mish saw the home run king defeat Giancarlo Stanton and other Marlins in home run derby Wednesday afternoon:

So we’ll have to substitute in footage of Barry going deep at youth camp last summer:
