BC has been busy running through available free agents by position before the spending spree kicks off on March 9. And thus far, we’ve hit both the safety and cornerback positions on the defensive side, so today we’ll keep it going with inside linebackers.
We’ve already mentioned that the secondary is a buyer’s market, but things are a little different with inside linebackers. It’s very top-heavy with the likes of Brandon Marshall, Derrick Johnson, and Danny Trevathan before it begins to tail off significantly.
Marshall, who is probably the best player available, is restricted so landing him could cost some sort of compensation.
