Ashley Graham, a 2016 Sports Illustrated swimsuit plus-size model rookie, will make her debut in the magazine that will be released later this month. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Graham is best known for her modeling work for Lane Bryant and and she even has her own lingerie line. She’s also appeared in Levi’s and Calvin Klein campaigns.
But it’s Graham’s Instagram page where many of you are aware of her work. She’s over the 1 million followers mark with an account that usually features Ashley in a bikini, on a beach or doing fashion work.
Oh, and she was recently named to Forbes “30 Under 30” list, making her one of the most powerful models in the world right now.
“It’s official – I’m a @si_swimsuit model!! This is a dream come true. Thank you to everyone who stood up for curves — our voices were heard and together we can help me win Rookie of the Year,” she posted on Instagram.
