Scumbag Yankees Fan Robs a Chase Bank in New Jersey

I’ve done a solid number of these “Scumbag” posts for BC now, and I have to say my main takeaway is to never become a bank teller. Seriously. Every week we have at least a couple whack jobs rocking their team gear as they frighten the shit out of someone with a threatening note and/or firearm.
The latest offense comes out of New Jersey, where a man wearing a Yankees cap held up a Chase Bank.
Details from the Union Township Police’s press release:

Members of the Union Police Department responded to Chase Bank at 1224 Stuyvesant Ave. at 3:03 PM on a report of a bank robbery. Officers on scene determined the bank had been held up by 1 man, who presented a threatening note. The teller gave the man some money and he fled on foot from the bank. Officers checked the area for any leads or evidence, but did not find anything right after the crime. Bank employees were still confirming the amount of money taken in the robbery.

Brazen stuff considering you can see a guy sitting on a couch just a few feet away from the main desk. As for the suspect, he’s described as a black male of medium build wearing black sweat pants (obviously) and tinted glasses.
