Lauren Tannehill has been surprisingly quiet on the Instagram workout front since BC leader Joe dropped the “Workout GIFs” post last September. (Guess she didn’t want to take away the spotlight from Ryan.) But it looks like the hiatus came to an end today with Lauren reposting video of her doing some tire flips with a friend:

Fun tidbit: This workout went down immediately after Lauren picked up her pal from the airport. That’s the type of dedication you need if you want steady work in the jewelry modeling game.
