We now have police dash cam video of the Johnny Manziel & Colleen Crowley incident outside Cleveland from a week ago where cops were called because of a roadside argument that escalated to a possible physical altercation, according to the police who responded. We now know that Crowley, Manziel’s girlfriend of a couple years, was crying and told police she just didn’t want anything to happen from the whole incident.
Both had been drinking, but cops determined that Manziel wasn’t “intoxicated.”
From Fox 8:
The report says Manziel had two drinks earlier in the day but did not appear to be intoxicated. It also said Crowley did appear to be intoxicated. They asked if Crowley wanted to be taken home, and she said no and left the scene with Manziel.
The report also says Browns linebacker Paul Kruger arrived at the scene which upset Crowley. Police asked Kruger to stay in his car and he told them he was just passing by, saw Manziel on the side of the road and stopped to help.

The NewsNet5 video shows a different angle and has more audio from Crowley, including the part where she seems to be crying.
