The Los Angeles Dodgers have a payroll exceeding $300 million, so if there’s a fanbase out there who should be chill about money, it’s Dodgers fans. Unfortunately, one man in Panama City just couldn’t control himself as he set foot in a Trustmark Bank Monday with eyes on robbing the place.
He succeeded, but he probably should have thought twice about rocking his Dodgers cap — details from the Panama City News Herald:
PCBPD officers were gathering evidence at the Trustmark Bank at 17255 Back Beach Road (U.S. 98) after a man walked into the bank at about 10:20 a.m. and demanded an undisclosed amount of cash, police reported. The suspect did not display a weapon during the robbery, PCBPD reported. Officers have not said how much money was taken from the bank.
Authorities released a picture of a white male, who is identified as the suspect, following the robbery. The man appears to have been wearing a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball hat and a blue, button-up shirt at the time of the robbery. A further description of the man was not provided.
And he wore a blue button-up shirt? This guy apparently just had to match so he’d look fly on the surveillance footage.
