Wednesday was the start of Kansas State’s preseason training camp, and we’re guessing players were more than eager to arrive to campus. Why? Well, obviously there’s the excitement of a new season, but the real reason had to be stepping into the new Vanier Football Complex!
Yes, Kansas State is making a huge play to crack our “Best College Football Weight Rooms” with their new 132,000 square-foot facility. The details of the new pad from The Kansas City Star:
An 18,000-square-foot strength and conditioning center.
A new sports medicine and recovery facility with hydrotherapy and recovery pools New meeting rooms that overlook Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
A football-shaped locker room that’s twice the size of their old one.
You have to love how much money colleges sink into state-of-the-art facilities. A football-shaped locker room? GOTTA HAVE IT!
