1977 Coachmen 27 ft, 65,000 with rebuit engine in 09, has 6,000 in varoius repairs over last 10 years, tire decent runs but needs a powe steering hosed replaced. Inside has new paint job and good seats. Was working paint outside and rehab it but GF lost her job so decided to resell it.
Obviously it would be neat if the exterior paint job was finished, but with the interior already Bengal’d out, something tells me any potential buyers will get over it quickly. As for negotiations, don’t be an asshole and pay the sticker price. You’re already reaping benefits because someone lost their job, no need to push your luck.
